Parabens, Phthalates and Phenoxyethanol

Because Mustela is formulated in France, where the cosmetic safety guidelines are the strictest in the world, our products are free from the 1,400 ingredients that are banned by the European Union. This list includes: parabens, phthalates, phenoxyethanol, ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, MIT/MCIT (methylisothiazolinone / methylchoroisothiasolinone), cyclotetrasiloxane, p-Phenylenediamine and analogous compounds, BHA, benzophenone, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, EDTA, triclosan, alcohol (ethanol)andessential oils.
